Super sweet customer service. And the bead looks amazing. It's a bit chunky and has a little weight to it, but that is to be expected if it's made from glass.

I can't believe how beautiful these are!! Most of the time when you buy something like this. The pictures online made it look way nicer than it actually is when you get it. But this experience was the opposite of that. Superb!!!
